In conjunction with another Physical Therapist and the Management/Care Team, participate in the development, implementation and coordination of physical therapy services that help restore physical function. Perform exit planning for residents in compliance with standards of professional practice.

New York State Physical Therapy License required.

This is a full-time opportunity with a pay rate of $34.00/hour – $42.00/hour depending on experience. (Part-time applicants may also be considered.)
