Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Line Cook, you will be working with our culinary team prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers.

Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line set up. Note any out of stock items or possible shortages. Assist in keeping buffet stocked.

Assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems, control food waste, loss, and usage per Crescent standards.

For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $24.39 per hour; for applicants who will be working in New York, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $24.39 per hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
