Lead Facilities Technician

Aerotek is hiring for a Lead Residential Maintenance Technician!

Job Description:

Maintaining multiple residential properties around the Memphis area

Lead a team of maintenance technicians – coordinating repairs, and performing hands-on maintenance tasks

Interact with tenants to find out issues

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on residential units, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building maintenance.

Regularly inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

Work with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.

Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and order as necessary.

Be available for on-call emergency maintenance and repairs as needed.

Train new technicians

Additional Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.

EPA Universal certification required

Valid drivers license – travel from property to property required

Pay:

Up to $30/hr based on experience

Shifts Available:

1 st shift – Can start as early as 6a
