Job Description

– Collaborate with and influence business stakeholders as well as technical teams at multiple levels of the organization, to deliver BI solutions that align with Oracle’s strategic priorities and push corporate data insights forward.

– Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on reporting solutions and operational business processes for the Oracle Health line of business.

– Perform data analysis to uncover anomalies, validate reports, test transaction and reporting solutions, trouble shoot issues, and provide insights into business activities and trends.

– Uphold standards of consistency, high data quality, simplicity, and ease of use.

– Translate business requirements to the broader matrix organization.

– Monitor PNL and other financials for the business

– Anticipate business needs, identify risks, and employ mitigation strategies..

– Responsible for running program governance.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

– 12-15 years business experience with strong operations, financial analysis, program governance, transformation, and data analysis

– Experience coordinating, managing, and delivering cross organizational, global reporting projects

– Experience developing business processes and associated documentation and training

– Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups and other Excel functions

– Experienced in OBIEE, Data Visualizer or similar reporting solutions

– Experience and knowledge of Finance and Accounting rules is very helpful in this role which involves a comfort level with revenue recognition rules and financial and operational controls

– Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to synthesize complex data and ideas into SVP/EVP level readouts

– Flexibility to adjust rapidly to changing business requirements and strategies

– Demonstrated analytical abilities and attention to detail

– Self motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize accordingly and proactively resolve complex reporting problems.

– Strong documentation abilities, using PowerPoint, Excel and Word for different audiences

– Strong communication skills with ability to successfully interact with varying levels of individual contributors and management across business and technical teams

– Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

– Develops project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

– Prior Chief of Staff experience a plus

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Providing mentoring and direction to others within and outside the team. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 12-15 years of project management or related experience

US: Hiring Range: from $109,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
