Shift: Fully onsite, Third shift – 1530C-0000C, Rotating day off schedule includes weekends and holidays.

Member of the 7X24 Unimatic (mainframe) Coverage team. Candidate will be assigned to second shift. Rotating days off, including weekends and holidays. All training is OJT.

Top 3 skill sets required for this role:

1. Attention to detail / ability to work under pressure

2. Previous level 2 application and/or mainframe support

3. Service desk / incident ticket processing

Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision provides mainframe system information (level 2) technical support and operation to the end user community.

Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and user problems as they arise. Manages incidents (tickets) from beginning to end.

Participates in the resolution of chronic problems and/or other technical projects as assigned.
