Pay Range: $25 – $28 / hourly

Requirements

High school diploma/GED

3 years of field experience in Pipe Welding / Structural Welding:

GMAW – MIG

GTAW – TIG

SMAW — Stick

FCAW – Flux-cored arc

Plasma Cutting

Responsibilities

Teach Welding Technologies classes using Lincoln Techs accredited training program

Provide hands-on Welding training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility

Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability

Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting

Support and communicate progress with students

Prepare students for a successful in-demand career in Welding Technology
