What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Byte Scheduling Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in scheduling appointments for patients who visit our website and express interest in scheduling an in-person consultation and scan in their local area.

What Will You Do:

Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients seeking in-person consultations and scans through our website.

Respond promptly to appointment requests and inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Provide detailed information to patients regarding appointment availability, location, and preparation.

Liaise with local clinics or facilities to secure appointment slots for patients.

Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and patient communications.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless appointment scheduling process.

Continuously improve appointment scheduling procedures and workflows.

Achieves the performance standards established for the role including but not limited to….

Keeps up to date with industry knowledge, as well as the competitive posture of the company, maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products/services

Provides all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company procedure

Meets the call volume requirements as determined by the company

Ability to use headset

Maintain strict confidentiality protocols while handling sensitive customer information, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and company policies

Additional responsibilities as assigned

Who You Are:

High school Diploma/GED required

At least 2 years’ experience in appointment scheduling or customer service roles preferred

Certificates or training in customer service, healthcare administration, or related fields is a plus.

Previous sales experience preferred

Must be proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and Word, and able to navigate each platform effectively

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with appointment scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and scheduling appointments.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of appointment requests.

Knowledge of healthcare terminology and procedures is advantageous.
