See Yourself as a Property Coordinator

As the Property Coordinator you will manage a portfolio of newly acquired assets on a continual basis ensuring a clean and proper handoff to the Asset Manager. To ensure that all newly acquired assets are flowing through the premarketing process in a timely manner you will assist with property preservation follow- up as well as reviewing BPOs for accuracy and quality. This position reports to an Operations Manager.

See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Once a newly acquired asset has been assigned to a preferred agent, order an occupancy inspection in client assigned systems to determine if the property should go to the eviction group or start the marketing process.
Follow up on assigned tasks designated to vendors on accuracy and quality.
Evaluate BPOs and Appraisals for basic completion of data and quality.
Order and monitor initial services either through a property preservation company or through the agent to ensure they are completed timely to get the property listed on the market.
Order BPOs, bids, inspections, etc Follow-up of BPOs, bids, repair completions, while in a Pre-list status
Review submitted preservation and maintenance bids for accuracy. Document and communicate approvals to vendors.
Ensure proper timelines are met.
Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Your Qualifications

Require minimum 1-year experience in REO/Real Estate

Valuation experience and Contractor experience a plus

Applicants with a Real Estate License (current or expired) are preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Knowledge of client-based systems a plus (HomeStepsConnect, ResNet, Equator, Pyramid)

Attention to detail

Motivated and positive team player

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business

Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment

Your Education and Credentials

Required:HS Diploma/GED

Other Certifications:Real Estate License Preferred
