Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Product Managers to help drive, support & facilitate the banks Wires Transformation. If you have extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, requirements gathering & analysis along with driving a multi-year roadmap to completion then apply today!
These individuals will lead and define product outcomes and strategy to drive towards the future & end state of the teams roadmap. Leads and aligns cross-functional partners and will be responsible for key business and customer metrics as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls. In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements
Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolios technology process work of low to moderate complexity
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
5 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
3 years of Wires or Payments product management experience within banking or financial services
Analytic and strategy experience to evaluate business opportunities and advocate for investments
Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization working with multiple internal teams
Payment Transformation experience (ACH, FedNow, MTS/SWIFT, CHIPS)
Correspondent Banking
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
ISO 20022 Transformation and Global Payments Innovation (gpi) is a big plus
Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels
Experience with Banking or Financial Services industry and vendor/provider ecosystem

Salary range for San Francisco & New York: $100,800 – 179,200 USD
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 – $179,200.00
