Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, has a full-time opening for an Associate Supply Chain Operations Analyst (focused on Warranty/Repair/Returns) in its Greentree, PA facility, which is located just outside of Pittsburgh.Whats in it For You:

Opportunity for a hybrid work environment, balancing office days with working remotely while residing w commutable distance of our Greentree, PA Plant (just outside of Pittsburgh).

What You Will Do:
Work with the Equipment Helpdesk, plant personnel, and salespeople to solve warranty/repair issues within general policies and guidelines.
Arrange for return of failed units, and work with Nalco plants and vendors to have returned material evaluated, repaired, and stocked for future sale.
Approximately 75% of the position is performed on the phone or via a computer system, while the remaining 25% involves interaction with the returned materials.
Provide backup for other Logistics and Operations personnel as needed.
Position Details:
Candidate must reside in: Greentree / Pittsburgh, PA AREA
Work week and shift: M-F, 1st Shift
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, or other related field of study
Excellent customer service, phone and organizational skills
Proficient working with computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work with people at all levels to solve problems and identify solutionsPhysical Demands:

Must be able to work in or around a fabrication environment (i.e. dust, fumes, odors, and noise may be present)

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of prior parts and service desk experience or similar experience

Strong preference for those with experience working with SAP ERP system

Familiarity with different types of small feed and dosing systems and components, such as pumps, motors, valves, fittings, etc. is a plus
