Payroll Labor Consultant

Job Description

– Conduct daily audits of employee timesheets in Deltek T&E 10, managing 8000 employees across 1000 contracts.

– Verify timesheets are entered, signed off, or identify missing employees who need to be added.

– Perform weekly labor posting to Costpoint on Mondays.

– Review the General Ledger to ensure accurate postings.

– Ensure a net to zero balance between payroll and labor.

– Make weekly timesheet corrections on Fridays.

– Assist with changes in allowances, labor posting inquiries, and ad hoc labor-related tasks.

– Utilize Cognos for labor reporting.

– Collaborate with Project Controllers to support project community labor needs.

Skills

5 years of payroll experience with heavy labor exposure in companies with 2000 employees and a bachelors degree

3 years of supervisory or management experience

Deltek Costpoint experience

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)

Experience with Cognos reporting

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

Fully Remote M-F, Must work EST hours
