Job Title: Assembler I

Job Description

Assembler I workers build, test, and package small parts and products. Assembler I’s listen to instructions from supervisors, use handheld tools and medium-sized machines to assemble products, and perform product tests to ensure quality standards. We are looking for individuals who have experience in production or manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the willingness and ability to learn and follow repetitive assembly procedures. NEED to be able to read calipers, work with mics, and keep up with higher speed production.

Hard Skills

Reads and interprets simple blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports

Uses handheld tools and medium-sized machines

Reads calipers and works with micrometers

Performs Bonnet to Body Testing and ECL quality checks

Packs finished parts for shipment

Soft Skills

Integrity – Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability

Strong attention-to-detail and strong vision and hearing

Ability to perform work in a safe manner

Skill in active listening and following directions

Manual dexterity

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Elon, North Carolina.
