TITLE: Distr Material Handler

LOCATION: Alpharetta, Georgia, US

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Prepares receipts based on orders that must get shipped; Enters data, tracks, gathers information of items needing to be kitted

• Place materials in appropriate area; Put material receipts in RCDOCK, RCDOCK2 or bagging location and label

• Position responsible for receiving of items and record; Completes all necessary Transactions, Labeling and Emailing appropriately; Constant checking of correct material

• Receive a minimum of 120, 130, 200 receipts per 8 hours on RMA lines, according to the line you are working on

• Maintain accurate inventory; Use scanner to receive product into inventory and double check inventory

• Requires heavy lifting of boxes and pallets and unloading of trucks daily, must be able to lift over 50lbs on occasion

• All operations are to be performed in the safest manner possible and using any protective equipment necessary

• Sets up and maintains equipment; Ensures that equipment runs in accordance with operational standards; Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance of labels and printers

• Comply with Depot Center policies, ESD requirements, process and workmanship standards

• Inspects product based on quality checklist; notifies supervisor/lead of any discrepancies; Records inventory transactions

• May require mandatory Overtime coming in early or staying late due to workload

• Forklift driving may be required for PO side, we will train

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0-2 years of related experience

• Must be able to lift required amounts

•Oral and written communication skills needed; Basic math skills needed

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work with others

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• May require certification to use work-area equipment

• PC/Computer experience preferred

Schedules Available: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
