The MIG Welder will be responsible for the welding of metal parts and components for a variety of industrial, commercial, and construction projects. The candidate will need to interpret blueprints, select proper materials, and ensure all welds meet quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.

salary: $15 – $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Operate MIG welding equipment to fuse metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.

Prepare workpieces by cleaning, grinding, and cutting metals before welding.

Set up and adjust welding machines according to job requirements.

Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.

Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

Maintain and repair welding equipment.

Follow safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate protective equipment.

Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure work is completed on time.
