Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various maintenance tasks and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities – Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment – Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems – Complete residential painting projects as needed – Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks with external contractors – Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues – Welding tasks as required – Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Qualifications – Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems – Experience in residential painting is a plus – Strong customer service skills – Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics – Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) – Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively – Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and residents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
