Test Operator

Test Operator – 2nd or 3rd Shift

Shift Description

2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) Monday through Friday, Saturday as needed

3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am) Sunday night through Friday morning, Friday night as needed

Operators will be testing lift equipment on the outdoor track. Will be exposed to the outside elements, so must dress appropriately for varying weather conditions. Candidates must not be afraid of heights and must be free of depth perception issues that are not correctable by wearing glasses. The ability to load on a tower at 52’ is required. Weather conditions can range from very cold to very hot and include rain or snow. Will be required to work occasional Saturdays due to current business demands.

Hard Skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Orrville, Ohio.

Work Environment

All contractors will be working outside on the R&D test track. All candidates must be open to working in inclement weather. Weather conditions can range from very cold to very hot and include rain or snow
