aPatient Services Specialist to join our growing and thriving
organization. This is your opportunity to provide both customer service
and effective engagement to patients while doing the work you love in
the beautiful coulee region of Onalaska, WI. Whats Available: 1.0 FTE
(40 hours/week) Shift: Monday-Friday, between the hours of
6:30AM-6:00PM, Occasional Saturday (6:45AM-12:00PM) Shift differentials:
Weekends: $1.50, PMs: $1.00 On-site, Onalaska Clinic What you will
do: Provide LOVE MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best
first/last impressions with top level customer service. Partner with a
team of providers, medical professionals and managers who are here to
support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

Diploma or equivalency Successful completion of defined core competency
testing. (during training) 6 months experience in an office setting

face-to-face customer service in greeting and assisting patients,
family, visitors and internal customers. They perform an important role
in facilitating the patient experience by promoting a patient and family
centered atmosphere throughout the check in/out process. Major
Responsibilities: 1. Represents Gundersen Health Systems high
standards for customer service face-to-face communication through
courteous, patient and respectful conduct and conversation, while
meeting the needs of all customers encountered. 2. Promotes and
