Job Title: Assistant Estimator

Job Description

Candidate will assist in estimating commercial and light industrial construction projects. Responsibilities include:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects

Analyze labor, material, and time requirements

Submit budgets, bids, and contracts

Read and interpret blueprints/construction documents

Qualifications

Bachelors or Associates degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field

1 years experience in construction estimating

Experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial construction setting
