Process customer orders and perform final quality checks on
custom-printed items in a clean, comfortable (A/C!) warehouse. Well

print department. POSITION #1: Screen Room Operator – 2nd Shift HOURS:

As a screen room operator – 2nd shift, you will be making our
customers artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a
highly efficient production environment. Here is what a typical day
might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.) Other
duties may be assigned. Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide
every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity,

and Humility. Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure
accurate execution of job responsibilities. Daily reclaiming, shooting,
coating, taping and blocking all screens as needed in production. Run
the reclaim machine, screen coater, or I Image machines as trained.
Maintain a clean work environment. Have great attention to detail.
Comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Keep an organized
workflow for smooth and consistent output. Participate in training
classes and actively seek professional development. Help out in other
