Director of Demand Generation

Compensation: Base Pay $160K Annual

Reports to: VP of Sales

Location: McKinney, TX

As the Director of Demand Generation, you will lead our demand generation team to ensure a steady and predictable growth strategy. This role will require hands-on management of demand generation tactics and strategic thinking, as well as experience in digital marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, and data analysis. You will need to show a proven track record of creating successful campaigns that have driven measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement demand-generation and account-based marketing strategies across multiple healthcare verticals.

Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and events that drive engagement and conversions.

Utilize marketing automation tools, like Hubspot and Instantly, to increase conversion rates and drive qualified leads to the sales team.

Lead the demand generation team by crafting and executing a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at building and nurturing a diverse, highly skilled in-house team.

Use data-driven insights to continually assess and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing; 2 years in a marketing management position

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business, bonus but not required

Background: B2B SAAS experience is preferred

Tech Stack Proficiency: Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce, Hubspot

Expertise: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Retargeting, Leadpages, Conversion Optimization, Copywriting, A/B testing, Google Analytics, Direct Mail

Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create and sell new ideas.
