Material Handling! We are a leader in the material handling industry,
committed to delivering excellence in Sales, Rental, Service, and
Installation of high-quality equipment. We are currently seeking a
dedicated and detail-oriented Equipment Dispatcher to help us keep our
operations running smoothly. Role Overview: You will play a key role in
coordinating and managing the schedule for the delivery of equipment to
and from our customers. Youll also ensure that our equipment inventory
is accurately maintained. Key Position Responsibilities: Open delivery
work orders and prepare essential documents, including Bill of Ladings,
Hazmat Forms, and Installation Forms. Coordinate and monitor trucking
schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery and pickup of
equipment. Maintain delivery schedules for Account Managers and
communicate with them and external customers about delivery timings.
Work with the Cleaning Equipment Department to track equipment
deliveries and pickups, and manage demo equipment coordination. Process
documentation for fleet vehicles, including inspections, cleanliness
checks, and inventory management. Enter, update, and maintain
information on powered and cleaning equipment in our systems, including
serial numbers and warranty details. Assign numbers to incoming
equipment, print labels, and work with the Service Department to ensure
proper equipment tagging. Receive and process packing slips for
equipment and related items, and notify relevant personnel. Receive and

relevant personnel. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.
At least one year of related experience, preferably in a role involving
material handling products. Strong organizational skills and attention
to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency with inventory management systems and documentation.
