Position Description:
Identifying opportunities with Regional and Emerging Chains looking for new business areas, sales markets, and products, including new customers and strategic partners.
Align growth opportunities with internal business strategies and objectives: profitability, production capabilities, and capacity utilization.
Create business plans and strategies, including joint customer strategic business plans.
Identify and research potential clients.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure customer initiatives are executed and launched on time.
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales growth pipeline.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
Prepare and submit sales contracts.
Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.

Position Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business or a related discipline required. Masters degree preferred

Minimum 7 years within the Foodservice Industry building strong partnerships with Large Chain Operators.
Experience partnering with Foodservice Operators collaborating on portfolio growth utilizing cross-functional leadership within Culinary, R&D, and Marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Understanding of P&L management
Strong problem-solving skills, technical skills, and conceptual thinking abilities
Strong listening and communication skills, the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast and agile environment.
Ability to lead through influence and indirect authority with cross-functional groups
Willingness to travel up to 80%
