Job Description

The ideal candidate will deliver on the Workday reporting priorities. The work will directly support Carriers Human Resources Strategy in delivering actionable insights to HR and People Leaders.

Specific Responsibilities:

Provide expertise on Workday reporting best practices and standards. This includes creating reports, dashboards, and analytics that deliver actionable insights to support strategic HR decision-making.

Determine Workday Analytics Suite solutions as questions/needs arise from Carriers HR business and COE (Center of Excellence) stakeholders.

Serve as a Workday Prism expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction.

Develop Prism solutions, Discovery Boards, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements.

Partner on HR Technology projects that have components of Workday reporting.

Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications:

5 years of progressively responsible experience in data reporting and/or management.

Workday reporting and PRISM experience required.

Expertise with data architecture and business processes in a global organization.

Advanced knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business objects.

Strong background in dashboards, data analytics, reporting and change management.

Building relationships and big-picture thinking, strong problem solving, and strategic communication skills with both business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Analytics, or related business area.

Working knowledge of other Workday Analytics tools such as Discovery Boards is strongly preferred.

Intermediate knowledge of Workday Security implications to Workday reporting.

Experience with Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence) or similar software.

Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management software. null
