will accept applications for a

Temporary Apprentice

within the Maintenance Department

from September 11 – September 24, 2024

between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm.

Description: Assists in performing maintenance to County buildings, equipment, and grounds requiring skills in landscaping, carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing,
and horticulture trades. May operate maintenance/heavy equipment such as a zero turn mower, lift platform, scissor lift, and bucket truck.

Qualifications: Practical work experience in public facility maintenance or construction maintenance, and landscaping/lawn maintenance or a combination of education,
training and experience in related field. Must possess high school diploma or GED.

Temporary position – 6 months (may be extended an additional 6 months)

$15.00/hour
