Network Engineer

WaveLink is seeking a Network Engineer with a minimum of 12 years experience to support design, development, and implementation of multi-level security (MLS) network architectures utilizing Cisco IOS and devices. Ability to configure networking and troubleshoot network issues via Cisco command line. Perform network and firewall engineering, including build, configure, and troubleshooting software and hardware enhancements, application deployments and infrastructure upgrades. Support diagnosis and resolution of computer, server, and network system issues, monitoring and administration functions.

Required Education and Experience:

BS/BA degree with minimum 12 years of related experience
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE), or equivalent is required
Required Skills:

Expertise developing High Availability architectures for classified telecom facilities.
Network design and integration experience for TS, Secret, SAP, SCI networks
Design, procurement, installation, and configuration of relevant systems including Cisco Routers/Firewalls, Encryption, and Server Clusters
Design and configuration of VLAN/VRFs, application of STIGs/patches to network devices
Network design virtualization and simulation in GSN3 or similar tool desired
Clearance Level: Active Secret (minimum)
