| Summary/Objective  |

| |
| The janitor position performs custodial work in offices, warehouses, |
| industrial areas and other building interiors. |
| |
| |
| |
| |

| Essential Functions |
| Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with |
| disabilities to perform the essential functions. Janitor shall wear |
| vinyl/latex gloves (provided by Boltaron) at all times while cleaning |
| and/or collecting refuse/recycle material. Gloves shall be changed |
| when moving from one area to another. |
| |

| |
| – Sweeps, vacuums, mops, and scrubs floor, windows, and break areas |
| using industrial cleaners. Thorough disinfection shall be |
| performed daily throughout the facility including but not limited |
| to: |
| – Restrooms |
| – Kitchens |
| – Breakrooms |
| – Collects trash and empties hoppers in office and on manufacturing |
| floor. |
| – Restock soaps, paper items and coffee supplies in restrooms and |
| kitchen. Ensures disinfecting wipes/spray are readily available |
| in front offices and near supervisor stations for distribution to |
| operations. |
| – Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean |
| areas. May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, walls, and |
| floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions. |
| – May also sweep walks, remove snow or perform other incidental |
| seasonal tasks. |
