JOB REQUIREMENTS: Step into a dynamic office role where youll interact
with customers, manage phone and orders, and ensure smooth shipping
operations with attention to detail. Be part of a collaborative team
while performing a variety of tasks that keep the business running
efficiently and customers satisfied. Customer Service Receptionist
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: – Handle incoming calls
to take phone orders and respond to customer inquiries, providing
accurate information and friendly assistance. – Greet and assist walk-in
customers by helping them find products, answering questions, and
processing purchases. – Manage and process orders placed through our
website, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. – Perform quality
control checks on outgoing shipments, ensuring items are packed
correctly and meet customer expectations. – Receive incoming shipments,
inspect for accuracy, and place products in designated storage areas. –
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and
efficiency. – Assist with purchasing tasks by placing orders for
inventory and supplies as needed. – Generate and run necessary reports
for management, inventory tracking, and other operational needs. –
Replenish product shelves and keep inventory levels optimized. –
Organize and maintain files related to orders, invoices, and other
documentation. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Customer
Service Receptionist Requirements: – Strong communication skills, both
verbal and written. – Basic computer skills for processing orders and
running reports. – Attention to detail for quality checks and filing. –
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. –
