4495 – Address Recovery Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Associate to join our growing team at one of the largest insurance companies in the state of Wisconsin! If you are a motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent data entry skills, please apply.

Job Description:

Address Recovery Processing (75%)

-Utilizes various systems to locate and update client data and re-mail correspondence that was returned to company as undeliverable.

-Follows established guidelines to appropriately update and/or advise other business areas if current client information is unable to be located.

-Reviews training manual to ensure appropriate handling of nonstandard undeliverable mail.

-Follows work process to ensure that hourly target is consistently met.

Team Responsibilities (25%)

-Provide back-up support to the team leader in all areas such as formal and informal training, mentoring and leading job duty assignments for the team.

-Responsible for adding value to the team and maintaining positive relationships with team members by exchanging useful information and feedback, adding ideas to their team PICK chart, sharing knowledge/expertise in team meetings and supporting team members with informal training sessions.

-Manages and prioritizes work in a manner that will allow team members to easily support each other when needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

– High School diploma required.

– 2 years of data entry experience.

– Ability to handle a large volume of work accurately and promptly.

– Ability to analyze and interpret technical data.

– Proficient in Microsoft programs.

– Exceptional organizational skills.

NICE TO HAVES

– Previous customer service experience.
