Quality Inspector

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Receiving Quality Inspector HOURS: Monday – Thursday
6:00 am – 3:30 pm CST, Friday 6:00-10:00am. BECOME PART OF OUR TEAM Here

self on this adventure? YOULL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Read and
interpret drawings, schedules, inspection plans, control charts and
validates documentation. Assist production employees in performing
standard assemblies. Advise employees on how to adjust and use precision
instruments. Audit operations to ensure employees comply with BRP
quality standards. Analyze data and make recommendations to improve
processes. Collaborate with other departments to solve problems
effectively. YOULL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Required: High School Diploma. 1
yrs of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Strong
technical and mechanical aptitude with ability to use pneumatic, basic
hand tools and read blueprints. Ability to pass a Quality Basic Skills
assessment. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
“Self-starter” with ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability
to work in a team and with a diverse group of individuals. Strong detail
orientation. Ability to be flexible and responsive to changing
scheduling requirements including working overtime or non-standard hours
before and after shift as well as weekends. Preferred: Previous BRP
quality experience. Google Suite or Microsoft Office Experience .
