follow. Job Duties and Responsibilities This position has responsibility
for meeting production deadlines. This position has the authority to
place purchase requisitions as needed for the day-to-day operation of
the plant. This position will assist the Plant Manager with performance
evaluations, wage increase recommendations and appropriate disciplinary
actions. Oversees the management of equipment, scheduling of
workstations and workers, requisition of supplies and coordination
administrative activities as required. Produce parts and products in
accordance with the established safety, quality, and cost standards of
the Company. Authority to drive company forklifts if trained. Managing
all technical aspects and troubleshooting for powder coating and paint
operations across various facilities. Developing and documents processes
