Registration Specialist (Surgery Center)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a Registration Specialist to join
our team. Our Registration Specialists are dedicated professionals that
provide high-quality, compassionate care to our surgical and procedural
patients. Bone & Joint has one of the most comprehensive teams of
orthopedic, pain management, and physical therapy experts in
Northcentral Wisconsin. We arent a division of another corporate
healthcare organization; Bone & Joint belongs to us. If you have a

environment, then this position is for you. Hours vary between 0600 –
1700, Monday-Friday. ABOUT BONE & JOINT Bone & Joint is a physician
owned practice with a great team of orthopedic and PM&R providers. We
currently have offices in Rib Mountain, Wausau, Merrill, Medford, and
Plover to service much of central Wisconsin. Bone & Joint strives to be

IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTRATION SPECIALIST As a Registration Specialist
you are the first person our patients and visitor encounter when they
come to our surgery centers. You will service in many different
functions with the primary areas of Patient Admission, Surgery
Scheduling, Telephone Communication, and Medical Record maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REGISTRATION SPECIALIST High school diploma or
equivalent Patience and ability to work with people at all levels,
internal and external Compassion for Patients Excellent written and
verbal communications skills Valid Drivers License WORK SCHEDULE This
position requires working Monday through Friday with varying hours for
opening and closing shifts. Hours vary depending on location. READY TO
