System One is hiring a Human Resources Assistant for our client in Robinson, IL. They are a global food manufacturing corporation! This is a 6-12 month contract position!

Human Resource Assistant duties

File and organize personnel documents

Support new hire orientation

Collect documents for I9

Assign employee ID numbers

Copy handouts for policies, call off procedure, etc.

Distribute locks for lockers

Create badges for new employees

Proctor pre-employment testing

Schedule new hire round tables

Coordinate/communicate announcements and events

Taking notes during meetings

Create monthly displays for plant initiatives

Coordinate and assist in the production interview process

H uman Resource Assistant Requirements

1 years of HR experience or experience in a similar role

Microsoft Office experience required, specifically Excel

Highly organized with ability to multi-task

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Problem solving skills

Confidentiality

SAP experience is a plus
