Job Description Summary

The API and Data Migration Solution and Quality Analyst is responsible for designing and executing test cases to validate the functionality and performance of APIs. This role is responsible for verifying the results of APIs and other cloud technologies to ensure they are accurate and meet the specified acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement testing solutions intended to be run as part of an Azure DevOps pipeline.

• Establish and document processes for automated testing including automated testing for web APIs and Azure Functions.

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure storage accounts, containers, and serverless functions.

• Utilize Azure Service Bus and messaging queues for efficient data transfer and communication between systems.

• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of APIs using Postman and other relevant tools.

• Collaborate with technical leads, analysts, developers, etc. to create test plans from acceptance criteria.

• Implement and maintain automation testing within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous integration and delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.

• Additional years of qualifying work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience with demonstrated experience in API test automation.

• Must have experience and understanding of systems development lifecycles, architecture and frameworks, and agile user stories.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
