Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join one of our financial clients. This person will be assisting with day-to-day support of the application, develop backlog items in either the Salesforce or nCino space, utilize Jira to manage and deliver functionality in sprints, be plugged in as an expert on various in-flight projects to help develop requirements, complete technical reviews, unit test, and create documentation. The ideal candidate will also assist with gold standard work and road mapping, assess and develop user stories in the current backlog, and train other technical resources.

 · Communicating and working with various levels of the organization in a collaborative manner · Configuring and developing Salesforce in the service cloud

 · Experience with nCino

 · Experience with Jira and Confluence
