IAM Supervisor

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for an Access Management Supervisor to join their team. Currently, this team does not have a manager for their access management group; it is a team of 4 people that this person would step in to supervise. In addition to the management piece of this role, the responsibilities will still be very hands on. They will lead and manage the technology thats used for provisioning and deprovisioning, risk assessments, and user reviews. They will use role-based access control (RBAC) on this team for managing user access; they will work with other areas of the business to grant proper access. This person should be comfortable in a hands-on environment and comfortable managing the group and overseeing their responsibilities. This person should be a self-starter, have a positive attitude, be a good communicator, have good problem-solving skills, and be able to handle different challenges. This will be a full-time position that is starting ASAP.

Skills and Requirements

Proven, hands on, experience in an IAM administration position

 Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software

 Excel skills macros, pivot tables, and links

 Knowledge of SAML and SSO authentication practices

 Experience with role-based access control (RBAC)

 Project Management skills Previously having experience leading or mentoring a team of IAM employees null
