Program Director

Join our team and make a difference in the lives of young children! New Creation Academy is seekinga passionate and dedicated Program Director to lead our childcare center. The ideal candidate willhave a strong understanding of child development, early childhood education principles, and aproven track record in leadership and management.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring compliance with all OEC/NAEYC/AQISregulations.
– Develop and implement curriculum and programs that promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of children.
– Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Build andmaintain strong relationships with parents, providing open communication and support.
– Collaborate with Foundation Executive Staff to manage budgets, marketing, and enrollment, ensuringthe financial stability and growth of the center.

Qualifications:

– Education: BA or AA degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Experience: 3-5 yearsof experience in as a director in a childcare setting
– Certifications: CDPD and CDA
– Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong understanding ofchild development and early childhood education principles. Business acumen and familiarity withlicensing requirements and health and safety regulations.
– Qualities: Passionate about child development, emotionally intelligent, and adept at buildingrelationships.
