We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our Lithrone 5×29 Komori UV printing press, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output. Qualifications:

Previous experience operating printing presses, preferably with Komori Lithrone or similar machines.

Basic understanding of UV printing technology and its application.

Responsibilities

Operate the Lithrone 5×29 Komori UV printing press, following production schedules and job specifications.

Set up, adjust, and monitor press operations, including ink levels, paper stock, and machine calibration.

Ensure proper use of UV paints and inks to meet quality standards and specifications.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the press to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.

Monitor the printing process to detect any mechanical or printing issues, making adjustments as necessary.

Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Communicate effectively with the production team and supervisors regarding any issues or adjustments.
