Sales Administrative Assistant

Sales Administrative Assistant Duties:

– Assist with freight quotes
– Maintain sales representative information

– Send correspondence notices to sales representative network

– Maintain internal sales files

– Prepare and ship material sample kit requests  

 

Other Required Skills:
– Position involves significant interaction with our representatives and customers; therefore, well developed communication skills and a positive attitude are essential

– A good candidate must function well as a team member and have a willingness to learn
– Detail oriented (Accuracy is important)

– Computer / Microsoft Office
