Loan Servicing Construction Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

F&M Trust is hiring a Loan Servicing Construction Specialist to join the Loan Servicing team. This individual will be responsible for various administrative duties essential to the function of tracking and monitoring construction projects within the commercial segment. Completes spreadsheets and advances for land acquisition, infrastructure and vertical construction. Also, ensures the receipt of insurance, permits and other pertinent information relative to the project. Finally, this individual assures commitments, letters of credit and collateral data are appropriately updated on the core operating system.

LOCATION

This position will be based in our Corporate Headquarters in Chambersburg, PA. A hybrid working arrangement is available after a satisfactory introductory period and successful demonstration of key accountabilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

– A high school diploma or equivalent.
– Must possess strong Excel, Word, and Outlook and be interested in using technology in the role.
– Minimum of 5 years administrative experience or a combination of education and experience normally required.
– Working knowledge of bank legal documents required.
– Previous experience with personal computers and office equipment also required.
– Highly attentive to details and organized.
– Flexible and adaptable to change.
– Ability to work independently.
