Office Manager

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring an Office Manager in Henderson, North Carolina! This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Four-month contract, opportunity for extension

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5:30pm

Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 an hour

Responsibilities of the Intake Coordinator:

▪ Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.

▪ Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.

▪ Provides clerical support when needed to assist clerical staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.

▪ Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

▪ Manages contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers.

Qualifications for the Intake Coordinator:

· Associates degree required.

· 5 years of administrative or clerical experience.

· 1 year of experience in a clinical setting a plus.

· Provides others with timely and organized information; provide clear directions, shares responsibility and accountability; includes and consults with appropriate individuals as needed.

· Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.

· Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.

· Lifting and/or pushing objects up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
