Randstad is looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to fill their permanent opening. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience primarily with electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs. salary: $62,400 – $76,960 per year

work hours: 6 AM – 3 PM

Responsibilities

Performs monthly preventative maintenance to ensure facility equipment are operating properly

Inspects and identifies equipment in need of repair

Maintains inventory of maintenance supplies

Consults with facility maintenance leader on items that require more specialized repairs

Consults with machinists and inspectors to follow up with maintenance requests

Ability to perform general mechanical and light repair tasks on machinery, equipment and building facilities

Ability to perform diagnosis/repair on power and control circuits (24V, 120V, 240V, 480V).

Ability to use hand tools and power tools

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 5 hours at one time
