Electrical Foreman

PeopleReady Skilled Trades office is looking to hire an experienced Electrical Foreman to ensure successful execution of commercial projects. This will include on-the-ground work and administrative oversight for new commercial construction, ground up projects, and up-fits.

Note: The pay rate for this job is $33 – $35 / hour

Responsibilities:

Work in accordance with all safety policies and guidelines.

Supervise workforce by overseeing daily activities and performance.

Communicate with clients and stackholders through reports and updates.

Complete required administrative paperwork and coding including time sheets, and written disciplinary forms.

Complete required project paperworkand coding.

Initiate and monitor safety program.

Demonstrate efficient knowledge of the trade.

Coordinate with team members and trades including project managers, general contractors, and electrical crew.

 Qualifications:

A minimum three (3) years of experience

High School Diploma or GED

Computer literate with the ability to navigate in Outlook, Google, and Excel

Must be able to bend and stretch overhead easily

Working knowledge of OSHA & NEC Codes and regulations

Ability to work independently and adhere to prescribed routines and policies.

Ability to communicate effectively and provide quality customer service.

Ability to perform duties in all weather conditions.

Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Ability to lift and transport a load of forty five (45) lbs.

Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and drive from work site to work site.

Must have visual acuity.
