Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Garnishment Support Specialist to manage incoming garnishment files, assign cases to specialists, and ensure timely processing and completion. Responsibilities include sorting garnishment files, sending certified mail, producing and distributing reports, maintaining garnishment file archives, completing employment verifications, and handling status of deduction inquiries. The role also involves performing the check run process for correct remittance of garnishment payments and other duties as assigned.
