We are seeking motivated and hardworking Electrical Helpers! You will work directly with electricians in the installation and testing of control panels on large HVAC units. This is a great opportunity for those interested in building a new career in the electrial trade. Previous experience with conduit bending is absolutely required! salary: $17 – $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM – 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Abilities:

great communication skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere;

must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines;

must be able to read a tape measure and utilize basic hand tools (see list below);

ability to lift up to 75lbs

ability to work independently as well as within a team

self motivated!

Commercial/Industrial Electrical Experience:

plan, layout, install and wire electrical fixtures

cut, bend and install 1/2″ – 3″ EMT conduit

cut, bend, tread and install 1/2″ – 3″ rigid conduit

land and terminate 3 Phase Power Wiring

land and terminate 3 Phase Motors

wire control wiring and shielded cable

label panel and parts

Required Tool Experience:

wire cutters

wire strippers

electric hand drill

drills and taps

hydraulic punch 1/2″ through 2″

screwdrivers

measuring tape

square

wrench

crimping tool

hack saw and/or sawzall

manual and powered conduit benders

manual and powered threaders
