THE POSITION
The Program Director for Baseline Change Management and Growth will support active programs and pursuits across a diverse group of space and strategic platforms. For Baseline Change Management, you will have primary responsibility for change management and proposal submission to include fee assertion, and self-assessment of incentive/award fee bearing contracts. You will also be responsible for generating and leading capture plans, developing win strategies, and improving customer loyalty across multiple product lines and platforms. This customer facing leader will need to act with limited oversight representing Honeywell through front end contract award as well as throughout program execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and win new growth opportunities within Launch Vehicle and Strategic Space Market Segments
Develop and execute broad strategies and tactics to secure short- and long-term business
Deliver winning proposals and strong, customer specific, value propositions
Establish and cultivate customer relationships with key stakeholders at all organization levels
Assist in formulating and driving long-term strategic planning
Develop and implement contracts strategies and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives
Participate in regular program reviews, customer meetings, monthly reporting, and risk and opportunity management
Monitor contract performance against defined scope and identify areas for assertion
Assist in the drafting and review of contractual briefs, change assertions, and negotiation support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of pursuit plants, drive program success, and ensure contract compliance

U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum 10 years of business development, business management or engineering experience
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with large, diverse teams across multiple sites
Experience and understanding of the US Military market landscape, technology, primes and competition
Bachelor’s degree
Extensive negotiation experience for complex development and production programs
Dispute resolution experience
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI
