Summary
Manages resource utilization and communication to achieve organizational goals. Has direct supervisory accountability for all positions, employees, operations, and activities within the assigned patient care area, including coordination of staff training, assigning and reviewing work, and evaluating performance independently or in conjunction with a higher-level supervisor/manager. Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Performs direct patient care duties as assigned under the direction of a manager.
Assists in the performance of clinics for the patient population served in a manner that is consistent with established policies and procedures
Provides for patient safety.
Possesses the ability to perform daily clerical tasks and related duties.
Participates in ongoing educational activities.
Provides clinic leadership
Completes assigned goals.
Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Education
Minimum: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral, and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately to perform job duties. Maintains Certification
Experience: Front Desk, Insurance
Skills and Qualifications:- Education: – Minimum: Proficiency in clear and effective communication using standard English in written, oral, and verbal formats to ensure high productivity and efficiency. Ability to write legibly and accurately record information for job duties. Experience: Front desk and insurance experience. – Preferred: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a clinic setting.
