This position is for a (Clinical Coordinator) located in Pascagoula, MS.

Duties and Responsibilities:  Patients – Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. Relationships – Build long-term bonds with your patients and their families. Training — Paid training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic. Float — Potential to float to various clinics during and after your training. Team – Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment. Staff RNs are a central part of a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians. Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up. Schedule — Must be flexible to work mornings; evenings; weekends and holidays.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:  Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. At least 6 months of dialysis nursing experience. At least 18 months of registered nursing experience. Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN-licensed FA/GFA. Completed training approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system. Current CPR certification. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook. Willingness, desire and ability to supervise.
