Maintenance Electrician – 2nd Shift – Direct Hire

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a variety of food grade equipment including rollers, grinding machines, mixing tanks, batch tanks, dumpers, piston fillers, filling machines, chain drives, cutting equipment, and conveyors. This role involves a mix of electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks (80/20), electrical troubleshooting up to 480v, PLC troubleshooting, reading blueprints and schematics, and general building maintenance. The position requires lifting up to 50lbs and includes general shop cleanup duties.

Work Environment

This is a direct hire position

Shift: 2nd shift – 2:45 pm to 11 pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: $30.99 per hour, with a $0.75 shift premium for 2nd

Candidates have to work 3,000 hours which is roughly year and half and go to Northwest state for a Degree/Certification. They will be eligible for an additional $3 in pay.

Great Education Program – Workers and their families can go to school for free. Will go to a local University. Will need to pass classes for them to be paid for.
