Direct Hire Mill Operators
Afternoon shift 3 pm-11:00pm
Night Shift: 11 PM to 7 AM.
Pay Rate: $24/hr.
Description:
Typical Day:
• Will be operating a calendar mill
• Will be lifting 50 lbs repetitively
• Will load rubber into a mill that flattens it and will use a knife to cut it
• The job is VERY physical and requires a lot of arm strength
• The job requires a far reach across the mill and a lot of lifting
• Will assist in cleaning up scrap and keeping area clean
Skills:
machine operator, general production, press operator, packaging, production line
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1. Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
2. Must be able to work in non- temperature controlled environment
3. Must have experience reading work instructions
4. Must be open to working 60 hrs a week
5. Must have steel toe boots
6. Must have ability to reach across large machines
