Founded in 1989, TestLink has been a key player in the ATM industry for over 30 years. As a company, we pride ourselves on our commitment to reducing the cost and environmental impact of ATM management by delivering high-quality, reliable ATM parts globally. Recently acquired by the US-based Brink’s Global Services, we are at an exciting juncture, expanding our reach to over 250,000 serviced ATMs worldwide. Objectives

Provide Financial MI to support decision making by Directors/Management Team

Responsible for the accurate and timely production of financial information for the Group

Develop and maintain robust and consistent management accounting, forecasting and budgeting systems; financial controls and procedures for the UK and US entities

Key Duties

Implementing appropriate, robust and workable controls & policies to protect the company’s profitability, cashflow and balance sheet. This includes making finance policy recommendations to the Directors; communicating them to the management team and supervising compliance in conjunction with the management team

Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations

Liaison with external accountants on year end and audit and tax returns

Review accurate and timely monthly accounts including monthly reforecast for rolling 12 months and prepare Group Consolidation for TestLink Group; presenting and explaining Monthly reporting to the Directors and management team as required.

Preparation and presentation of Monthly reporting of MI to Brinks Group

Modelling and Forecasting as required by Brinks Group

Prepare annual budgets in line with Group requirements and TestLink Strategy

Production of weekly and monthly KPI’s and performance measures to support and influence management decision making

Ensure company audit is successful, auditor’s statement is unqualified and statutory accounts are prepared and signed within an agreed timeline.

Insurance renewals and claims

Bank signatory and administrator

Responsible for adequately resourcing the Finance function and development of the team

Training & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting Required

CPA Preferred

Experience

Senior management role

Year End Accounts prep.

Inventory Accounting

International Accounting

People Management

Report writing and presentation

Data Analysis

Sage X3 experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills

Good IT skills and advanced Excel skills

Professionally and technically competent

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Ability to gain respect and trust

Ability to influence outside of own department

Ability to motivate others to work to high work ethic

Self-developing & self-motivating
